VIKTOR is national database and volunteer referral system created by Volunteering WA to link volunteers, volunteer referral centres and volunteer involving organisations.

VIKTOR allows volunteer involving organisations to login via the internet and directly update their details, including their organisation profile, available volunteer positions, contacts, address, and phone numbers, etc.

VIKTOR Lite is a more effective single-page position form-based solution for managing volunteering opportunities. It is purpose-designed so that volunteer involving organisations can focus purely on recruitment.

The organisation is provided with explicit feedback on the activities that need be completed, improved filtering choices, and a more evident indication of each position's condition, making it easy to manage.

Videos for support, assistance, and documentation are integrated into the system.

With the use of VIKTOR Lite, volunteer involving organisations can find volunteers via a range of websites run by local governments, state peaks, local volunteer resource centres, Volunteering Australia, SEEK Volunteer, and GoVolunteer.

Any information input in VIKTOR Lite appears in VIKTOR as well.
